What are you grateful for?

 

Now is a good time to practice self-care and start your daily gratitude practice. Write down the things you are grateful for daily. If you feel like it, share your gratitude with others. Spread calm. 

I have uploaded two free printables below to help you get started, easy and free. I included four of the questions from the Gratitude Journal - and did a version in Danish also.
