What is a custom order?

A custom order entails tailoring our products to meet your specific requirements and preferences. Our customization options include incorporating your logo alongside the Kartotek Copenhagen logo, ensuring a personalized touch that aligns with your branding needs. Are your prices fixed or vary within a range?

Our pricing structure is flexible and varies based on several factors to ensure fair and tailored pricing for each order. These factors include the quantity ordered, degree of customization required, chosen printing methods, and any additional special requests.

For instance, larger quantities often come with volume discounts, while intricate customization or premium printing methods may incur additional charges.

We always provide transparent pricing estimates for your specific requirements, ensuring you receive the best value for your customized stationery needs.


How do I upload my logo?

When you've submitted your request and accepted our quote, we will start working on your artwork. Here you will send your logo to us as a vector file (.pdf, .svg, .ai or .eps). We will make the artwork in collaboration with you. You will be able to preview and approve the artwork before we start the order.

What requirements do you have?

Our customized stationery products cater to specific requirements to ensure quality and consistency.

Firstly, customers must choose a product from our designated production line, adhering to specified formats and paper quality standards. Each product has minimum quantity requirements ranging from 100 to 300 pieces.

Additionally, for clothbound items, color options are limited. However, for other products, we offer customization through CMYK or Pantone colors. Customers are required to provide their brand's specific color code for accurate customization.

By following these guidelines, we ensure that our customized stationery meets both your branding needs and our quality standards.

Is it possible to see e-proof(s) before production?

We provide electronic proofs (e-proofs) for your review before production begins. These digital previews allow you to check design layout, text, and graphics. Please note they're not physical proofs. Once you approve the e-proof, we'll proceed with manufacturing your order to match your specifications.


What is the order minimum quantity (MOQ)?

You can find the MOQ for a specific custom product on its page. You're welcome to contact us about a MOQ.

What is the lead time?

The lead time or timeframe for your order varies depending on the customized product. For example, greeting cards typically have a lead time of 2 weeks, while hardcover items may require up to 8 weeks.

Upon placing your order, we'll provide you with a detailed timeline specific to your chosen product, ensuring you're informed every step of the way.


What are the payments terms?

For all customized products, we require prepayment. Upon finalizing your order, we'll promptly send you an invoice containing all necessary details. This invoice will outline the agreed-upon specifications, quantities, and pricing. Once payment is received, we'll proceed with production, ensuring your customized stationery meets your expectations.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept various payment methods to accommodate your needs. We accept the following cards: VISA/DANKORT, VISA, MASTERCARD and AMERICAN EXPRESS. We also accept Paypal, Apple Pay and MobilePay. All prices are indicated in DKK & EUR, and include a 25% Danish sales tax/VAT or a local VAT tax. These include credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and online payment platforms.
