Every Sunday evening I spend 15-30 minutes planning the week ahead. It gives me a lot of energy and minimizes stress when I know what I am in for.
I use a fineliner, colored felt-tip pens, masking tape and small pieces of patterned paper to visualize my plans.
Of course you don't have to use all these tools - a pen will do. But putting that extra work into your weekly planning has many benefits: it's a fun and creative (analogue) moment and you tell yourself that next week will be a good week! Just look at all those happy notes :) And if it looks terrible: it's the right time to do something about it. Happy planning!
