We all have tasks that we love to do and tasks that are draining. Our Task List lets you divide your to dos into these two categories so you can balance your energy. Use the "sandwich method": energising-draining-energising to get the most of your work day.
I find it highly motivating to divide tasks into those that give me energy and those that take away my energy. I try to balance my daily plan with a little bit of both. I can reward myself with a happy task after completing a draining one.
