Time to reflect

I proudly present my fifth guided journal, the Reflections Journal. Last year, I started doing workshops about the importance of "analogue breaks", the benefits of writing and why we still need paper in a digital world. People tell me that it is hard to start journaling, even though they want to. The Reflections Journal presents a new question to reflect upon every day. A good way to start writing and taking those much needed analogue breaks.

Journaling calls a wandering mind to attention, from passivity to actively engaging with your thoughts. It is an outlet for processing emotions and increases self-awareness - and in return you will better understand what others are ecperiencing. I designed the Reflections Journal to guide you to an exploration of your thoughts and feelings - and to provide an opportunity for you to nurture a daily practice of writing.

Do you take time for yourself now and then? Sustainability is also about keeping a lifestyle that affords you time to recuperate and recharge. Whether it is going for a walk, exercising, watching a good show or journaling, your body and mind need a break from work and task lists - every day.
