Welcome to a Workshop Where Creativity Flows Freely!

This workshop is perfect for anyone who wants to start creative journaling or is looking for inspiration to expand their journaling with more creative elements.

With creative journaling, you’ll explore your thoughts, feelings, experiences, dreams, and goals through a blend of writing and creative expression.

We offer a safe space for you to experiment with various techniques and materials, allowing you to rediscover the joy of taking an analog pause!

During the workshop, you will:

• Be introduced to different creative journaling techniques, including collages, illustrations, borders, lists, and more.
• Learn about the benefits of journaling and the importance of analog breaks for mindfulness and focus.
• Experiment with a wide variety of journaling tools and materials, including paper, pens, markers, stamps, colors, and more.
• Explore and develop your own journaling style and voice.
• Enjoy a cozy evening with fellow journaling enthusiasts, along with tea and coffee!

Instructor: Julie Warberg, psychologist and owner of Kartotek Copenhagen. Julie has many years of journaling experience and is deeply passionate about all things creative, using paper, colors, scissors, glue, pens, and more.
